First Atlantic Appraisal Management is a local appraisal management company serving southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey and offering reliable solutions to satisfy the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC).

First Atlantic Appraisal Management is not one of those nationwide AMC's which receives an order and sends it to the first appraiser that can be found in the area with the lowest fee and quickest turnaround time.  We specialize only in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey and have a roster of appraisers which is compliant with the HVCC.  Our roster only includes appraisers which are reliable and have geographical competence and experience in completing appraisal assignments.  In providing our service, our fees are much lower than most nationwide companies as we try to keep the process simple and act only as an intermediary for the lender.  We are here to maintain appraiser independence as stated by the HVCC.
